Facility Partner – Business Development

Job Description:
OVERVIEW: As a Facilities Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base and increasing our market share in the healthcare staffing industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care faculties, and other healthcare organizations
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and networking events
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals set by the company
- Consistently meet or except Key Performance Indications (KPI) expectations
- Understand and stay updated on the healthcare staffing industry, including trends, regulations, and competitors, to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Clinician Partners and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and staffing of healthcare professionals for clients needs
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition
- Negotiate and close contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in accordance with company policies and guidelines
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results to all team mates
- Strong organization skills
- Inside phone sales experience

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
