Job Description:

OVERVIEW: As a Clinician Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new  relationships with clinicians / caregivers, and driving revenue growth by matching them with suitable  opportunities. Your primary focus will be on expanding our clinician base and increasing our market  share in the healthcare staffing industry. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Identify and pursue new clinician relationships across the healthcare industry, including Locum  Tenens Physicians / Practitioners, travel Nurses and other types of clinicians based on the needs  of the business 
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead generation, sourcing, and  qualification 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers through regular communication,  meetings, and networking events 
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals set by the company 
  • Consistently meet or except Key Performance Indications (KPI) expectations
  • Understand and stay updated on the healthcare staffing industry, including trends, regulations,  and competitors, to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Facility Partners and operations, to ensure  smooth onboarding and staffing of healthcare professionals for clients needs
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential caregivers,  showcasing our services and value proposition 
  • Negotiate and close contracts, pricing, and terms with caregivers in accordance with company  policies and guidelines 
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results to all team mates
  • Strong organization skills 
  • Qualify clinicians and verify accuracy of information presented internally and externally
  • Inside phone sales experience

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations  where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished  in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:  

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university; and one to two years related  experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
