Recruiting Operations Partner

Job Description:
OVERVIEW: The Recruiting Operations Partner is responsible for expediting the speed and efficiency of the company’s recruiting functions. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including account management, collaborating with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), assisting with onboarding, supporting clinician compliance and retention efforts, managing company certifications, and improving operational processes. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and contribute to the success of the recruitment and operational teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned recruitment accounts, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and MSPs to manage recruitment needs and ensure timely and efficient hiring.
- Track and report on recruitment progress, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and MSPs, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery of staffing solutions, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Foster positive working relationships with MSP partners to improve recruitment efficiency and outcomes.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation, systems access, and training are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing support to new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into their roles and are set up for success.
- Assist in ensuring that clinicians are compliant with all relevant regulatory and company requirements, including licenses, certifications, and training.
- Support retention efforts by tracking clinician satisfaction, addressing concerns, and assisting with initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
- Help monitor clinician performance and address compliance issues, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to maintain a compliant workforce.
- Help coordinate and manage company certifications, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and up to date.
- Assist in preparing for audits or renewals of certifications and other compliance-related activities.
- Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes, recommending and implementing solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of new processes and improvements.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, document management, and preparation of recruitment materials.
- Support the creation of job postings, recruitment campaigns, and other related content as needed.

- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college/technical school; and/or 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
