Position Overview 

One of our Partners is seeking a Urologist for a locum tenens opportunity providing high-volume 24-hour coverage with strong procedural demand and predictable block scheduling.

This assignment is positioned in the Top 10–15% nationally for urology locum coverage (2026 market data) and offers consistent earnings through a blended call and procedural model.

What this looks like:

• $3,200/day base (includes first 2 callback hours)
• $400/hour callback after included time
• 10–12 hours of daily workload
• $6,000 – $7,000+ per day consistently

Assignment Highlights

• Top 10–15% pay nationally (2026 urology locums)
• PRN block coverage (not full-time)
• 7 consecutive 24-hour shifts per assignment
• Frequency: approximately every 12–14 weeks (2–3 assignments per year)
• High callback volume (10–12 hours per day)
• Two callback hours included in the daily call rate
• Multi-site coverage (hospital and phone consults)
• All hours billable (including orientation)
• Travel, lodging, and rental car covered
• Malpractice insurance provided
