Position Overview 

One of our Partners is seeking a Urologist for a locum tenens opportunity providing weekend call coverage in a community hospital setting.

This assignment offers consistent weekend blocks, procedural exposure, and additional earning potential through callback when active.

What this looks like:

• $3,000/day call rate
• Weekend-only schedule
• Additional callback earnings
• Community hospital environment

Assignment Highlights

• Top 15–20% pay nationally (2026 urology locum call coverage)
• Weekend-only coverage
• 2 weekends per month required (holidays required)
• 24-hour call model
• 2 callback hours included in daily call rate
• No clinic responsibilities
• Independent call coverage (no APP support)
• Epic EMR (providers may test out of Epic training)
• All hours billable
• Travel, lodging, and rental car covered
• Malpractice insurance provided
• HPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission–certified agency
